[Defconapi] Java version of the API

Hi Jakub,

You're right, I'm a bit behind schedule. I'm looking into the Java Native
Interface at the moment, which does what we need to allow Java access. The
Interface itself is complicated though, so it'll probably take two more
weeks (I can only work half-time on this now, as my PhD requires some
attention, too). Is that too late for the bachelor thesis topics? I could
probably reschedule my time a bit.
