[Defconapi] Java version of the API

Hi Robin, thanks for the quick reply!

No problem with delays :-) I understand it suppose to
be a "hobby project".

Two weeks are ok - can I count on that?
I would like to create flyers beforehand...

Just FYI... I would like to have somebody to plug this API
into out Pogamut framework (library + plugin for NetBeans IDE)
to simplify the process of programming of Defcon agents as
simple as possible (IDE support for running agents / manage them
remotly via JMX, etc...) so I could use it for my seminary course.
