[Defconapi] Java version of the API

Hi Jakub,
I am optimistic that the Java API will be finished before the 23rd of
February.
The connection to Pogamut sounds interesting. I guess the main part would be
to write a parser that presents the information delivered by the Defcon API
to the agents (similar to the job of Gamebots2004+Parser in the current
environment).
