[Defconapi] Java Version of the API available

Hello everyone,

A java interface to the Defcon API is now available for download from the
project homepage ( http://www.doc.ic.ac.uk/~rb1006/projects:api ).
It makes use of the Java Native Invocation Interface, and is quite simple to
use from the Java side.
I am not a big java programmer myself, so I only tested the basic
functionality of the Interface, so if you find any errors or have other
questions, please do not hesitate to contact me!
