[Defconapi] Roll call

While my time is strectched slightly more thinly than usual at the moment,
I'll be giving the bot API a bit of a nudge. I don't expect to be able to
beat all of the AI experts out there, but hopefully I can learn something
from the discussions and thrashings that'll occur.

PS: Any chance of a linux API? :P I know it's unlikely, but it'd be a bit
