[Defconapi] [ANN] Luabot 0.1

Hi guys,

I just finished a course on games programming, and writing an AI for Defcon
would be a good way to test what I have learned.

It is great to see a company supporting innovation and openly encouraging
the participation of 'the everyday man'.
