[Defconapi] Loading debug symbols without user intervention

Hmm, now that I take a closer look, I think maybe it's not loading my
bot at all unless I select it in the UI.  My bot's behavior was just
too simple/nonexistent for me to realize at first.  It does set the
name and stuff.
